Cascades Country Club 2/25/17

Gray Gregson (piano), Chris Wallis (drums) and I traveled about five hours north to play a benefit show where we were representing New York, New York Dueling Pianos. This show was for the heart association, and it had an "Alice In Wonderland" theme. There were people dressed up like characters from the story, and everyone else in formal wear. The show went great, and we were even joined by the organizer, Carmen, for a rendition of Patsy Cline's "Crazy"! Afterwards, we hopped back in the car and headed five hours back to San Marcos. Long day!

Moonshine & Ale 2/24/17

Roger Glenn and I had a full house again tonight in New Braunfels! It was a crowd ready to sing, and boy, did they sing. Roger sounded great, and I enjoyed performing with him tonight. Coming up this Tuesday, Roger will join me in Austin, Texas for Mardi Gras with my original band! Yay!

Crafthouse 2/23/17

I like the dancers we had tonight in San Marcos. Brian Carlisle (drums) and I got them moving with us. We had some of the most random requests in recent memory, including a random Ohio tangent of Bowling For Soup, Ohio Players, and Midnight Star. The night concluded with the Beatles "Martha, My Dear". Wow!

Gourdough's Public House 2/18/17

Man, oh, man! Tonight was crazy in downtown Austin. Brian Carlisle (drums) and I performed four-hours to a packed house. Apparently, there was a 90s pub crawl happening, and so we had TWO different groups of Spice Girls come in and sing with us. We played so many 90s tunes, I began sweating flannel. Brian rocked, and the night was great!

Moonshine & Ale 2/17/17

Chris Wallis and I played in New Braunfels tonight! I had quite a few people tell me they loved me over the course of the evening, so I guess I did something right. Chris is always on top of the gig, and tonight was no different. He's the beat master!

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines 2/16/17

Matt Wilson and I performed a dueling pianos show tonight in Bastrop, Texas, for the Moer company. Troy Stone helped with the setup outside at the amphitheater, and then Matt and I played a couple hours, from 8p-10p for a fun crowd. Even though it was in the 40s tonight, I stayed warm by playing a bunch of upbeat stuff. It didn't take long for the people to migrate onto the stage for a dance party. I had a good time playing with Matt again, and the night went great!

Moonshine & Ale 2/11/17

Roger Glenn and I played in New Braunfels tonight. We had a full room with quite a few friends and fans in the audience! I'm so glad to have a rock-solid group of musicians to perform every week, especially when we had so many requests that I had to try for the very first time on stage. Thanks everyone for a great night!

Moonshine & Ale 2/10/17

I was a drumming fool in New Braunfels! Michael Sueiro took the piano duty (for most of the evening), and I gave him the funky beats to play with. The house packed up fairly quickly, and most folks stayed around all evening long. I did swap places with Michael a couple times, but my fingers were no match for his bloody nubs (yep, he bled for the audience tonight). I'll be on keys all night tomorrow at Moonshine & Ale!

Treff's Tavern 2/9/17

Dancing! Singing! Drinking! Yep, all that and more took place in San Marcos. Always a pleasure to work with the great Joe Resnick on drums, and tonight, the crowd put us to the test. We easily played more than half-a-dozen tunes for the first time together this evening. The crowd was all about challenging us!

Gourdough's Public House 2/4/17

Tonight, I performed in Austin, TX with Brian Carlisle on drums. We took requests from the crowd, and helped the people get their groove on. We had lots of requests, including "Piano Man" and "Great Balls Of Fire" twice. One of the biggest hits of the night was when I played the Greatest American Hero theme song, "Believe It Or Not". You just never know what song is gonna make people the happiest.

Moonshine & Ale 2/3/17

Packed house tonight for our show in New Braunfels! Our second show in two nights together, Chris Wallis and I ran through tunes like we were in a marathon. Everything from Wham! to Chris Stapeleton to Queen was played, plus so much more. As a bonus, my buddy, Heather Ray, came out with her husband to see the show, and I got her up to do a couple tunes! She sounded great, as well did Chris. It was a good night!

Moonshine Drinkery 2/2/17

Chris Wallis and I drove to Victoria, TX for our first Groundhog Day show at Moonshine Drinkery. We had a great crowd for our two-hour set, and they kept the love going all night. Chris was rock-solid, and was asked to do a drum solo, which he did to the crowd's delight. I loved the energy in the room, and I'm glad to say that we're returning to play another show on March 2, 2017! Hope you can join us!
