I can't overstate how happy it makes me to have a weekly creative outlet for my music with a couple of incredible musicians in San Marcos. Roger Glenn and Kevin Humphry are consummate professionals and I am always proud to share the stage with them. We made some great music tonight, and if you weren't there, don't worry because we will return next week to do it again!

Moonshine & Ale 9/23/17
David Lee, Joe Resnick and I entertained a packed house in New Braunfels, Texas tonight. I think we had ten or eleven birthdays and multiple bachelorettes celebrating with us tonight, and as an added bonus, my wife showed up to surprise me! It was a great evening with a crowd that wouldn't stop singing all the way up to closing time. Too cool.

Moonshine & Ale 9/22/17
Another wacky night in New Braunfels! Danny Smith and I entertained the masses best we possibly could, and things just kept getting weirder. Random brides-to-be rushed the stage at various points in the night. Birthday new people came in to have us sing to them. I drummer. Danny drummed. I played piano. Danny played piano. I was just happy to be performing with another great talent like Danny tonight!

Briscoe Western Art Museum 9/21/17
Cowgirl stilt walkers! Human bronze statues! Dueling Pianos! The USAA Real Estate Rewards Network Annual Conference had it all. Joe Resnick (drums), David Morris (piano) and I played a three-hour show for the people as they danced and requested songs. The stilt walkers joined in a conga line at one point, and even the (creepy gold-man statue from a Stephen King novel who only moves when you're not looking) couldn't help but dance before the night was through! Fun night with a great group, for sure. Thanks to Kevin Karlsgodt for including us on the show!

Mueller Wednesday Night Live 9/20/17
What a fun night we had in Austin, Texas tonight! Heather Ray and I performed our dueling pianos show for a diverse crowd from 6pm-7:30pm on the walkway between several businesses. Between the umbrellas hanging in the air, good musical requests, and the sunset, it was a beautiful place to be. I hope we are invited back soon! A big thank you to Groove Labs for providing sound and including us on the event.

Tantra 9/18/17
First night in our Music Mondays series in San Marcos went great tonight with bassist Kevin Humphrey and drummer Roger Glenn. This will be a weekly event, on Mondays from 8p-11p, weather permitting. We played lots of our favorite tunes tonight, including a bunch of random 80s songs just for fun. You never know what you'll hear when you come to a Dan Holmes Group show, so to be safe, you should just come every week. (Thanks to Christine Barton-Holmes for the great photos!)

Moonshine & Ale 9/9/17
David Lee, Chris Wallis and I had bunches of fun in New Braunfels tonight as we took requests from the crowd and celebrated bachelorettes and birthdays! Some old friends (who were former staff at Moonshine) showed up to see the show, and it was great to see them. Chris impressed me once again by keeping up with me as I tried for the first time "Barracuda", and David made me laugh a bunch as he played through his sets. Fun all around!

Moonshine & Ale 9/8/17
80s pub crawl in New Braunfels was a bunch of fun with my musical partner Heather Ray as we swapped off between drums and piano tonight! Even after the pub crawl left for their next stop, the folks in the club kept the requests flowing (most of them 80s tunes, naturally). We both had a great time and the night flew by. Thanks, Heather, for another great show (and you win best shirt of the night for your Empire Strikes Back T)!

Moonshine Drinkery 9/7/17
Our first trip to Victoria, TX since the hurricane ripped through was a joyous night. Everyone welcomed us and enjoyed themselves as Chris Wallis and I took their requests. It wasn't crowded, but those who were there made it a point to tell us how much they appreciated the show. I had a great time with Chris, and there were general good vibes all around!

Moonshine & Ale 9/1/17
Party in New Braunfels! David Lee and I swapped between piano & drums as we played requests from the crowd. It's always fun performing with David! We had a somewhat quiet crowd, but everyone still enjoyed the night. I'll be back soon for more in New Braunfels!

Crafthouse 8/31/17
After a few months away from Crafthouse (due to Texas State summer break), I returned tonight with drummer Brian Carlisle for a great night of requests! We had lots of songs come across the piano tonight, and the crowd sent up a wide range of genres. My favorite was Fiona Apple's "Criminal". I've been a bad, bad girl...
