Moonshine & Ale 2/26/22

Heather and Chris joined me in New Braunfels for a super fun filled show. I love performing with these two, and tonight, we performed to a packed room. There were so many birthdays and bachelorette parties that it felt like every other song had a dedication! I feel fortunate to have such talented friends to share the night with!

Rockin J Piano Bar 2/25/22

We rocked out in Cedar Park tonight! Heather and I did our special brand of entertainment for everyone requesting songs. Our buddy, drummer Chris Wallis, came to the show and sat in for a few tunes which allowed me to pick up the old keytar. We had one fella so excited, he made it rain dollar bills on the piano!

Moonshine & Ale 2/24/22

It was really cold in New Braunfels tonight during Live Band Karaoke. We stayed warm and kept the music hot all night for our singers from the crowd. My partner, Heather, was supposed to be here, but there was too much ice up in Ft. Worth by her house to safely make it down for the show, so my buddy Roger Glenn filled in on drums. He did a great job keeping us all on-track, and I’m glad he was able to play with Pancho and me!

The Driskill 2/19/22

Caroline and Will were finally able to have their wedding reception after being postponed by the pandemic for nearly two years! We have stuck with them with every schedule change and finally pulled it off tonight. This honestly was so joyous, and their guests were so happy, that this after-party dueling pianos show flew by. This group sang along to everything, at full volume, every time. Heather and I really enjoyed being a part of the Duffy’s day! Congratulations to the newlyweds!

Kickback Korner 2/18/22

Our first show in Bandera, TX, went great! The place was packed, and we had a steady stream of requests from the crowd. Heather sounded amazing, and I always love seeing the crowds response to hearing her for the first time. The best part of the night was when a request came up with two people’s names on it, and by the end of the song, those two people were engaged!

Moonshine & Ale 2/17/22

Tonight at Live Band Karaoke, we debuted 50 new songs to our list, and the packed house sang many of them! We helped a couple people celebrate birthdays, and had a bunch of fans show up to sing. Lots of fun on a cold Thursday night!

Moonshine & Ale 2/11/22

Heather and I played in New Braunfels this evening. There were a bunch of birthdays being celebrated, so we helped them the best we could. Thanks to everyone who joined us and sang loudly!

Moot Music Cafe 2/11/22

Our livestream this afternoon was a bunch of fun! We played lots of ‘80s tunes and had a good time talking with the people who were watching our show. I had a request to show some leg, so I did my best.

Moonshine & Ale 2/10/22

Tonight, Live Band Karaoke was a little different in New Braunfels. I think we had a bunch of first-timers of the bar, because we had many songs sung tonight which normally don’t get much attention. I always enjoy playing with Heather and Pancho all night!

Moonshine Drinkery 2/5/22

There’s a reason Heather and I love playing in Victoria, TX, and it’s that we always have the best time there! We laughed and rocked our way through four non-stop hours of requests (it was supposed to be three hours, but we had so many requests that we just kept going). It was one of their busiest nights on record, so we had people standing for the show all evening long. We had some food before the began, and Heather twisted her ankle, but that didn’t slow her down at all. I was worried that she hurt herself badly, but she played just as great as ever. She kinda rules.

The Village Venue 2/4/22

We brought our piano and drums show to a fundraiser for St. Peter and Paul Catholic School in New Braunfels, TX, tonight. It was a show that we had expected to do last year, but the pandemic meant we had to wait. They had a silent auction, a live auction, a photo booth, a heads or tails game and dinner. When the bartenders arrived, a couple of our friends were part of the crew, and we had several fans who knew us from other venues! It’s always nice to have people rooting for you before you even hit one note! It was a fun night, and there were rumors of us returning next year.
