Heather Ray and I were made to share the stage. She is a singular talent and a great friend, and I am honored every time we have a show together. We played in New Braunfels and even though we had a smaller than usual audience, it was still amazingly fun and full of laughs. Ryan joined us on the drums at 10p, and he did a great job of following our random song performances. The keytar made a few appearances, and at one point after Heather performed a slow dance tune, a fella proposed to his lady! Eventful night, indeed!

Greek Bros Oyster Bar & Grill 6/19/20
Yes! We had such a great time in El Campo, TX, tonight with our friends at Greek Bros! This was the first show post lockdown with drummer Chris Wallis, and Heather and I enjoyed sharing the stage with him again. All night, Heather and I swapped songs during our dueling pianos show, and made each other laugh a bunch. The keytar made several appearances throughout the evening, and the people were so happy to have us that we played an extra 30 minutes at the end of the night. It was a bunch of fun, and of course, great food! We’ll see our El Campo friends again in December!

Moonshine & Ale 6/18/20
Live Band Karaoke in New Braunfels tonight was a little slower than usual, but we still had a good amount of people come up and sing with us. Pancho and Jay were on stage with me, and we played from 8:30p-midnight for the people. I’ll be back on Saturday with Heather to take some requests!

Darwin’s Pub 6/17/20
I haven’t been in Austin for a while now, and it was nice to share the stage with my old friend, Roger Glenn on drums. We played from 8:30p-11:30p to a nice group of people while simultaneously live-streaming the event on Facebook. One thing I’ve missed about live performances is when we truly get to help someone have a better night. We had a birthday in the house, and she really enjoyed what we did for her, and even left us a note on her way out. That’s what I’ve missed.

Live Stream 6/13/20
I had so much fun with my partner Heather on Facebook tonight! We played about 4 hours of music for a great crowd of people. We had fans, friends, and family from all over the country hanging out virtually with us. Heather makes everything so much fun, and between the two of us we know like a million songs, except for that one. Yeah, we don’t know that one.

Rockey’s Piano Bar 6/12/20
I performed with drummer Luis Balderas in Round Rock, TX, tonight. The club is not up to full capacity yet due to the pandemic restrictions, but we did have a crowd requesting songs. they hung out with us all night, and even demanded an extra 30 minutes at the end of the evening! Thanks to everyone who came out tonight!

Moonshine & Ale 6/11/20
Live Band Karaoke in New Braunfels saw a bunch of singers tonight! Pancho, Ryan and I were the backing band for everyone to fulfill their rock-star aspirations. It was nice to see some old familiar faces out to have a little fun. We provided wipes for the cleaning of the mics in between each singer. Stay safe everyone!

Quarantine Keys Live Stream 6/10/20
Another Wednesday night QK show happened tonight, and I had familiar faces watching. Quite a few friends popped on during my hour-and-a-half set! I had some technical problems, and I need to dive into my settings a little I guess to get them corrected. Odd thing is, I haven’t touched my settings from when it was working great. Ghost in the machine, I guess.

Live Stream 6/6/20
The only way this live stream would’ve been better would be if my partner Heather could’ve joined me. I had lots of people watching and requesting songs. I played about 3 hours worth of tunes, and even brought out the keytar. Look for more live streaming soon!

Quarantine Keys Live Stream 6/3/20
I played about an hour-and-a-half on the QK page tonight. I really felt the love as people kept complimenting me! Of course, the skeptical side of my brain was having a hard time lining up the good vibes with what I was doing because I regularly feel like I don’t know enough songs, but I’m sure I know more than a thousand. I need to put my mind on vacation.

Quarantine Keys Live Stream 5/31/20
My two-hour brunch show over on the QK page started off with some technical difficulties as my cameras unexpectedly just started blinking to a black screen. After a couple false starts, I was able to get the show rolling and play for some nice folks! I made a few new fans today as I connected with them musically. I started off a little stressed, but once again, music showed me it’s worth it for me to just keep trying because ultimately it will allow me to reach people in a deeply personal way.

Moonshine & Ale 5/30/20
New Braunfels was a little crazy tonight. The crowd was ready to sing and participate from our start. I had a bunch of familiar faces hanging out with me. My friend Megan from Victoria showed up, as well as the tennis guys who regularly hang with us. My partner, Heather, was sick this weekend, so Hailey shared the stage tonight with me, and Jay Russell Bleu Wimberly was drumming, and he had a beard.

Live Stream 5/29/20
I did a three-plus hour live stream tonight on Facebook. I enjoyed hanging out with all my friends and fans. The keytar even made a special appearance! I’m heading to New Braunfels tomorrow night, then live streaming again on Sunday. Hope to see someone somewhere!

Moonshine & Ale 5/28/20
I stayed safely on stage tonight for the return of Live Band Karaoke in New Braunfels, TX. People seemed very happy to be out and singing with Pancho, Ryan and me. I enjoyed playing with the band and seeing all the happy people. Life after quarantine is a little weird, but it's good to be getting back in the swing of things. I'll be back on Saturday with my bestie Heather Ray to take requests!

Quarantine Keys Live Stream 5/24/20
Heather joined me for the first time on the QK page for a brunch show this afternoon. We played just under two hours for the QK fans, and made a few new fans ourselves. I absolutely love performing with Heather, and it makes live streaming more fun, too! Yay!
Moonshine & Ale 5/23/20
Heather Ray and I performed tonight for our first post-lockdown show in New Braunfels, Texas! We were so happy to share the stage with each other again. We really click well, and the crowd can tell how much fun we have together, and they join right in. Our energy is infectious. Only our energy is infectious.

Live Stream 5/22/20
I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am! Heather Ray FINALLY got to join me again online! I love performing with Heather, and she makes playing so much more fun. We gel musically and personally, and it shows. The online crowd couldn't get enough, so we ended up running over four hours of music! The key tar made an appearance. Laughter was heard. Joy flowed through Facebook.

Quarantine Keys Live Stream 5/20/20
Wednesday nights have become a fun, mid-week escape for me. I head over to the QK page on Facebook and play to just a few night owls with great taste in music. The requests are usually far outside the norm, and that makes it challenging for me. Another hour-and-a-half show in the books!
