Moonshine & Ale 1/28/17

I felt the love tonight in New Braunfels! Chris Wallis was on fire on the drums & backing vocals, and we had the crowd chanting his name. Everyone was loud at the appropriate times, danced when the groove struck them, and sang the words they thought they knew. It was a good ending to my busy week!

Gourdough's Public House 1/27/7

I played with Chris Wallis in Austin, TX tonight! We had fun, especially when swing dancers decided to turn the show into a dance hall. We swung. Swang. Swinged. We were swingers. Something like that.

Crafthouse 1/26/17

Drummer Brian Carlisle joined me tonight in San Marcos to get people's bootys shakin'! We had an energetic crowd. This was my first show with Brian, and he did a great job! It was like we'd already worked together a bunch of times before. I'll be back at Crafthouse late February.

Rockey's Piano Bar 1/22/17

Mikey Gammon and I performed for a private event today in Round Rock, TX. We had a fun group of people out, celebrating a couple's shower. At first, they had some food and hung out together, while we eased them into our show. After they finished their meal, they danced and sang the rest of the show with us! Thanks for including us in your festivities!

Gourdough's Public House 1/20/17

Well, slow news day. Roger and I performed in downtown Austin, where many roads were closed down for protesters. They weren't protesting our show, though, so it's all good! We actually had a really good night with lots of requests and no trouble whatsoever. Roger was great, as always. Thanks to everyone around us for being peaceful.

Moonshine & Ale 1/14/17

Packed house in New Braunfels tonight for the all-request show with Chris Wallis. My wife and my niece were in the crowd, and they witnessed the nuttiness. A seemingly endless stream of birthdays and wedding parties hit the stage over the course of the night. Thanks for another successful night everyone!

Gourdough's Public House 1/13/17

It was a good night in Austin tonight! Chris Wallis and I played requests with so many left turns, we nearly spiraled out of control. We had people hanging out through all our sets, asking us to play everything from Tom Jones to Salt N Peppa. Just another piano bar night!

Treff's Tavern 1/12/17

Chris Wallis and I played in San Marcos tonight. We did not take off our shirts, although we were encouraged to many, many times. I played as many requests as humanly possible to the delight of our audience. Lots off odd balls tonight, including Little Shop Of Horrors and Orchestral Maneuvers In The Dark.

Gourdough's Public House 1/7/7

Joe Resnick (drums) and I re-teamed tonight to play in downtown Austin, TX. We took requests from the crowd, and by the end of the night, it became retro-eighties sing-along. One fella even expressed how much he loved me in an alcohol-fueled note placed on my piano. Awww.

Moonshine & Ale 1/6/17

My first gig of 2017 took place in New Braunfels with drummer Chris Wallis. Chris and I had a ton of requests, and many, many drunk fans. It was cold outside, in the 20s, so I think people were warming up inside out. I always enjoy playing with Chris, and we rocked the house tonight. I didn't stop believing.

Greek Bros Oyster Bar 12/31/16

Happy New Year! I had a great dueling piano show in El Campo, TX with Gray Gregson (piano) and Chris Wallis (bass) for Howl2Go (Howl At The Moon). We played a solid three-hour show, from 9:45p-12:45a. People danced and sang with us all evening long. 2016 was a crazy year for everyone, and I'm glad I could start a new calendar with good friends at a great show!
