Heather Ray, Chris Wallis, and I joined forces in Victoria, Texas, tonight to perform a show for all the people hanging around after Boot Fest. These are two of my favorite musicians and good friends, so I had a lot of fun on stage this evening. When I arrived, Heather, who is also a very talented visual artist, gave me a custom painted rock with Darth Vader’s image on it! Then, the three of us swapped seats all evening long playing drums and piano for tons of requests to the packed room. It’s easily the most crowded I’ve seen the club. I’m so happy that the show is doing well in Victoria!
